In planning our daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday party, my wife and I had the good fortune of hiring Charles Allen for a photo shoot in the historic City of Ybor. Within two days, we received a copy of all photographs taken and were able to select quality pictures that would be utilized in the overall production of our daughter’s event. Instinctively, we decided to retain “Creative Reflections of Tampa” solely owned and operated by Charles Allen to photograph and catalog the entire evening. Without a doubt, this decision proved to be a prudent one. Charles Allen succeeded in memorializing a very special moment in our lives with a camera lens that produced exquisite work. For quality work with a “personal touch” we would highly recommend Charles Allen.

I have to first start this off by saying THANK YOU so very much for making Our Day so special and beyond what we expected.  At first, we were skeptical about getting a Wedding Coordinator, but as it turns out, it was the best decision we could have made.          Lance and Charles were very involved and in-tune with our visions and requests from the very start.  All the little details a busy Bride forgets to think about, Lance and Charles brought up.  Everything turned out beautifully as a result of Lance and Charles’  attention-to-detail approach!

Charles Allen is a great photographer! Charles was part of the party planning team, Romance and Elegance, who planned and executed my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. Charles also took photographs. As part of the party planning team, Charles captured the moments of preparation prior to the reception and the children’s welcome reception that I had to miss.  By viewing the photographs, I felt as though I was present during the decorating and setting up of the event and at the children’s welcome reception. He photographed all the special details that years from now I will treasure. By watching Charles’ slide show, I felt that I was reliving the moment. The photographs were wonderful. Thank you Charles!

My wife approached Lance at a Sweet 16 Party he had planned and was directing.  We were both impressed with the details of which Lance and his staff handled that event.  We knew at that moment we wanted Romance and Elegance to plan our wedding with the short notice of only four months until our wedding day.  Lance took care of every detail of our wedding by working with my wife and me to plan a day we will always remember.   

Lance is great at planning and delivering personal touches for his events.  We had unplanned emergencies that Lance made it his top priority so that our special day was spectacular.  The amount of time and effort it took to plan our wedding far exceeded the expense of hiring Romance and Elegance for our event.

 Lance and his staff went above and  beyond our greatest expectations and was always available with wonderful  and unique ideas and always paid very close attention to all details.   We would definitely recommend Romance and Elegance and Creative Reflections of Tampa and their staff to any bride and groom who wants an event planner that you can depend on to make your wedding a day you will always cherish.

From the moment we met Lance Rogers and Charles Allen, we both felt at ease.  Their  professionalism, knowledge, personality, resources, and experience assured us that we were doing the right thing.      

They listened intently as we described the ideas that we wanted for our dream wedding.  Within minutes we could tell they shared the same vision for our perfect day.  Lance offered ideas for ways to improve areas that we were not certain what to do. He continued to impress us with his confidence by letting the ideas flow naturally and by showing what was possible, which seemed like everything (just the way a dream wedding should be).  He took all our vendors information and any necessary people to contact prior to and during the day of the wedding.  In a way, Lance took our pile of ideas and dreams, and molded them into a beautiful statue.  We left our first meeting with him feeling like a huge weight had been lifted from our shoulders.     It only got better from there...

Lance was on the ball.  He had called us that night to tell us what he was working on and continually kept us informed and up to date on everything that we needed to know.  He was truly amazing!  He made us feel like a King and Queen by handling the things that we could not and by letting us enjoy our special day without worry. 

We could not be happier with the tremendous work from Lance and Charles and would recommend them to anyone who is getting married.  They did a great job from start to finish and we appreciate everything and are truly grateful.
